Up Side Down – 2022

The tree, in its perpetual renewal, is the emblem of life. In UP SIDE DOWN, it erects its roots upwards and symbolically unites heaven and earth, seeking to procure the nourishment necessary for its survival from what it encounters on its way: wreckage, cement, until it changes its roots into a kind of sharp spines through which it feeds on the lifeblood of man, unaware of his inevitable fate.
